We hear and see so much lately that...
When you think about it, from our yoghurt to our milk, from our eggs to our cakes, oats are everywhere, luckily with us.
So why? Now, with your permission, I would like to present to you our healthy flavor oats, which I admire and will accompany me in excellent recipes in the future.
I think it's a great choice to be consumed during the day 😋 I feel happy when I write it 💃 Then shall we include oats in our breakfast tomorrow morning? 👩🍳

our breakfast or a snack with a little recipe?
1 tea glass of milk
1 tea glass of water
1 tea glass of oat meal (I prefer finely ground)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1/2 small banana
5 – 6 forest fruits
First of all, we mix the milk, water, oats and cinnamon on medium heat and cook it well until it boils.
After the cooking is completed, you can add coconut oil to the oats, mix them well and put it on the serving plate.
Then, your oats, which you have decorated with your fruits according to your taste, are ready to eat…
